  • Managed the digital team and led large-scale initiatives for gopro.com and CRM, driving strategic planning and design to drive business growth and innovation.

  • Worked cross functionally with marketing, product, eComm, engineering, consumer insights, and creative design, copy and media team.

  • Analyzed website data, driving a complete overhaul of GoPro.com by creating a strategic roadmap to iteratively redesign pages, enhancing user flow and increasing conversion through checkout. 

  • Developed user flows, wireframes, and mockups scalable across mobile and web for product detail pages, accessories, checkout, interactive camera comparison page, and the homepage, which received over 1 million views on launch day.
